My Approach to Healing
I trust deeply in nature and in the body's innate capacity to heal, adapt, and find its way back toward balance. My role is not to tell your body what to do, but to act as a guide—offering skilled reflection, therapeutic support, and a space where your own wisdom can be heard. Through acupuncture, I work with the body's interconnected systems to support nervous system regulation, circulation, digestion, immune function, vitality, and overall balance.
My practice has evolved into a deeply integrative approach that includes acupuncture, holistic pelvic health, nervous-system and somatic work, and holistic beauty. My pelvic work invites us into a slower relationship with the belly, pelvis, spine, and cranium through abdominal massage, bone holding, fascial listening, pelvic mapping, and attuned dialogue. This work is grounded in the belief that the pelvis is not simply a place where symptoms occur, but a profound center of grounding, autonomy, sensation, pleasure, creativity, and embodied power. I am continuing my advanced study in STREAM (Scar Tissue Remediation, Education & Management), deepening my understanding of the relationships between connective tissue, scars and adhesions, biomechanics, biochemistry, emotional experience, and the nervous system.
Depending on what you need, our work may also incorporate guided meditation, Shiatsu, Sotai, tuning forks, essential oils, fire cupping, Himalayan salt hot-rock massage, Gua Sha, microneedling, facial cupping, and scalp rejuvenation techniques. I draw from my background in both Eastern and Western herbalism, nutrition, and transformational guidance to offer suggestions and practices that support your healing beyond the treatment room.
Whether we are working with the mind, the body, the pelvis, or the soul, I believe healing happens through relationship: with ourselves, with our bodies, with the natural world, and with the experiences that have shaped us. My intention is to create a space where all of you can be witnessed—not just the symptom you came in with, but the whole living system underneath it.
And beauty belongs here, too. My approach to cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling is rooted in the same philosophy: rather than fighting the aging process or asking the body to become something it isn't, we support vitality, circulation, collagen production, and the natural radiance already within you. Healing and beauty are not separate paths. Both are expressions of being deeply alive in your body.
